Welcome to scagribusiness.org, operatedby Palmetto AgriBusiness Council ("PABC," "we,""us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms")govern your use of our website and any related content, features, or serviceswe provide (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using theSite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do notuse the Site.

About PABC

PABC is a South Carolina tradeassociation advocating for the agribusiness industry. The Site providesinformation about our mission, members, programs, events, and policy work, andallows visitors to contact us, join the organization, register for events, andsubscribe to communications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to usethe Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirementand that any information you provide is accurate and current.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawfulpurposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others orrestrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:

All content on the Site, including text,graphics, logos, images, video, and software, is owned by PABC or our licensorsand is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and otherintellectual property laws. "Palmetto AgriBusiness Council" and thePABC logo are trademarks of PABC.

You may view, download, and print contentfrom the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modifythe content and you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, orcreation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

User Submissions

If you submit content to the Site, suchas through a contact form, event registration, or comment, you represent thatyou have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law orthird-party right. You grant PABC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwidelicense to use, reproduce, and display your submission for purposes related tooperating the Site and our organization. We are not obligated to use, store, orreturn any submission.

Membership and Events

Membership in PABC, event registration,and similar transactions are governed by separate agreements, policies, orregistration terms provided at the time of application or registration. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws ofthe State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will bebrought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richland County,South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time totime. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the topof this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice onthe Site. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes youracceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your accessto the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including ifwe believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their natureshould survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers,limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue toapply.

Severability and Entire Agreement
